HORN SPOUT & PLUG This brass Powder Horn Spout and Plug is installed in the pouring end of a powder horn. The spout has a pouring hole 3/8″ in diameter. The plug for this spout has an “O” ring that creates a friction fit in the spout holding it securely in place with a waterproof seal. Item #11-07-06
